Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wildflower case, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Case

  Place the item in its original Wildflower packaging and secure it in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
